Each form can be re-used for a different set of questions. this is done by changing the text of the questions and the answer options.

Please note: It is important not to delete or add questions as this will prevent processing by the diagnostic report - just edit the existing questions.

Each time the questions are changed you will need to change the test id and record a new mark scheme for use by the diagnostic report. You may also wish to change the automated feedback text and the mix of answer options marked as correct in the feedback.
